Self-Guided Tours Disclaimer

For self-guided tours, Atlas Pedal Adventures provides routes, recommendations, and logistical support.

However, you acknowledge that:

• You are riding independently and without direct supervision
• You are fully responsible for your own navigation, safety, and decision-making

Atlas Pedal Adventures shall not be liable for:

• Route deviations or navigation errors
• Road or weather conditions encountered during the ride
• Any incidents occurring outside of guided support

You agree to:

• Follow local traffic laws
• Use appropriate safety equipment
• Make responsible decisions based on your ability and conditions

Bike Rental & Damage Policy

If you rent a bicycle from Atlas Pedal Adventures:

• You are responsible for the proper use and care of the equipment
• You agree to return the bicycle in the same condition as received, excluding normal wear and tear

You will be held financially responsible for:

• Damage caused by misuse, negligence, or accidents
• Loss or theft of the bicycle or accessories

Atlas Pedal Adventures reserves the right to charge for repair or replacement costs where applicable.We strongly recommend that your personal insurance covers equipment damage and liability.

Photo & Media Release

By participating in an Atlas Pedal Adventures tour, you acknowledge and agree that photographs and videos may be taken during the tour for marketing and promotional purposes.

You grant Atlas Pedal Adventures the right to use such content, including images in which you may appear, for use in:

• Website and digital platforms
• Social media
• Promotional materials

If you do not wish to appear in any media content, you must inform us in writing prior to the start of the tour.Atlas Pedal Adventures will make reasonable efforts to respect such requests but cannot guarantee complete exclusion from all media.

Liability Waiver & Assumption of Risk

By participating in any tour organized by Atlas Pedal Adventures, you:

• Acknowledge the inherent risks of cycling
• Accept full responsibility for your participation
• Confirm that you are physically and mentally fit

You agree that Atlas Pedal Adventures, its owners, guides, and partners shall not be held liable for:

• Personal injury or death
• Property damage or loss
• Medical expenses

except where such liability cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey.
Jurisdiction: Muğla, Turkey.

Force Majeure

Atlas Pedal Adventures is not liable for failure to perform services due to events beyond reasonable control, including:

• Weather conditions
• Natural events
• Government restrictions
• Road safety issues

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Turkish law, Atlas Pedal Adventures shall not be liable for:

• Injuries or damages resulting from inherent risks
• Actions or omissions of third parties
• Participant negligence or failure to follow instructions
• Indirect or consequential losses

Inherent Risks of Cycling

You acknowledge that cycling involves inherent risks, including but not limited to:

• Traffic and road conditions
• Weather and environmental factors
• Actions of third parties
• Equipment failure

Participation is entirely voluntary and at your own risk.

Health & Medical

You confirm that you are in suitable health condition to participate in a cycling tour.
Atlas Pedal Adventures is not responsible for:

• Medical conditions arising during the tour
• Costs related to medical treatment

Participants are responsible for managing their own health and medications.

Mandatory Insurance

All participants are required to have valid personal travel insurance that covers:

• Cycling activities
• Medical expenses
• Emergency evacuation

Failure to provide adequate insurance may result in refusal to participate in the tour.

Participant Responsibility

By booking a tour, you acknowledge that you are responsible for:

• Your physical fitness and ability to complete the tour
• Possession of valid travel documents
• Compliance with local laws and regulations

You agree to follow all instructions provided by Atlas Pedal guides.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be made in writing.

Cancellation fees may apply depending on the notice period before the tour start date.

No refunds will be issued for:

• Unused services
• Late arrivals
• Early departures

Booking & Payment

A booking is confirmed upon receipt of a deposit or full payment, depending on the tour.

The remaining balance must be paid prior to the tour start date, as specified in your booking confirmation.
